Food price (Bread, Cooking oil, Fish (Seafood), Meats & Rice) in Tehran is extremely high and spending your grocery will leave you empty pocket before month end! Yes there are tons of products available here to buy in Tehran but prices varies from area to area, in here We try to gather the latest price not in terms of quantity but in terms of cheapest that you can get so what is that means is that if yo want to buy a piece of meat or bread or any kind of food we will show you how much is the cheapest available but quantity of the food varies on each item so the lesser is the cheapest in here and the more expensive the more you get , So in this case you will know what kind of price range you are dealing with roughly but not in accurate degree as brands also give you different price and even how good quality or if it is frozen or not can have a big impact on your final cost.
